On December 6–7, His Grace, Bishop Luke of Syracuse, Rector of Holy Trinity Seminary, together with members of the seminary administration and the Seminary Choir, under the direction of Deacon Nicholas Kotar, traveled to St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Lakewood, NJ. This year marked the eighth consecutive year, and therefore the ninth parish visit for which the Seminary choir has been invited to sing the Divine services during the month of December. During this year’s visit, the parish and donors presented an extraordinary total of $32,000 in donations to the seminary, generously supporting both the Seminary’s Annual Fund as well as the Prodeacon Nicholas V. Lukianov Memorial Scholarship for the seminary's Certificate in Theological Studies (CTS) program established in memory of seminary alumnus, Protodeacon Nicholas V. Lukianov.
We extend our warmest and most heartfelt thanks to Fr. Serge and to every parishioner of St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral for their gracious hospitality, profound generosity, and steadfast prayers. Your kindness and unwavering support continue to strengthen and sustain the mission of Holy Trinity Seminary!
